You have the right to return an item and ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods (see exceptions below) All items are posted 2nd class and proof of posting is available. A refund will be given within 14 days of myself receiving the item. If the item was delivered damaged then you will receive a refund once you have sent photo evidence and once sent back I will issue a refund within the 14 days.
If however you wish a refund because you simply no longer want it, I can refuse a refund (see gov.uk)
Due to the nature of some items, earrings, a refund can not be given as it can not be sold on again.
