You have the right to return an item and ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods (see exceptions below) All items are posted 2nd class and proof of posting is available. (If you wish your item to be posted tracked, please email me to arrange this at a further cost to you). A refund will be given when I have received the items providing they haven’t been damaged.

If the item was delivered damaged then you will receive a refund once you have sent photo evidence and once sent back I will issue a refund within the 14 days.

If however you wish a refund because you simply no longer want it, I can refuse a refund (see gov.uk)

Due to the nature of some items, earrings, a refund can not be given as it can not be sold on again.

Custom made and personalised items that you no longer want will not receive a refund (see gov.uk)
