Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, each pair is unique. Small variations in colour, texture or pattern are part of the charm and not considered faults.

• Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth if needed

• Do not bend or apply pressure to clay pieces

Polymer clay is durable but should be handled with care.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number so we can resolve this for you.
